1. General Terms and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the entity operating the 77abc platform and the registered user of the site ("you" or "member"). The website www.77abc-bet.cam, the mobile application, and all related digital services are covered by these Terms.

By accessing, browsing, or beginning to use any service on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any term, stop using the site immediately.

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are opened using the same device, IP address, or payment method, all accounts will be suspended and all bonuses will be cancelled.

2.3 Registration Information

Information provided at registration — name, mobile number, email address — must be accurate and up to date. 77abc will not be responsible for delays in withdrawal processing or account verification failures caused by incorrect information.

2.4 Automated Registration Prohibited

Creating accounts using bots, scripts, or any other automated method is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all related accounts will be closed.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

Keeping your account login details — username and password — fully confidential is your own responsibility. You must not allow anyone else to access your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the 77abc support team immediately.

Any betting or transaction carried out from your account — whether authorised or not — will be treated as your own, unless you notify 77abc in time. Change your password regularly and log in from trusted devices.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

77abc currently supports deposits and withdrawals through the following mobile wallet methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Transactions through these methods are completed quickly and securely. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for all methods). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Transactions below these amounts cannot be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Additional time may be needed if verification is required. You are encouraged to withdraw using the same method used for your deposit.

4.4 Third-Party Transactions

Depositing or withdrawing using another person's mobile wallet is strictly prohibited. If a third-party transaction is detected, the account will be suspended until verified. If fraud is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The 77abc welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount — meaning the bonus funds must be wagered 10 times before they can be withdrawn. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive ৳1,000 as a bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and you will need to wager ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 to withdraw the bonus funds.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonuses may only be usable in specific game categories — see the promotions page for details.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after wagering is completed.
• If misuse of bonus offers or attempts to exploit loopholes are detected, the bonus and any related winnings will be cancelled.
• 77abc's decision is final in all matters relating to bonus processing.

5.3 VIP Cashback

Regular members have the opportunity to receive weekly cashback through the VIP programme. Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week — total losses minus total winnings. Cashback applies at different rates across five tiers from Bronze to Diamond. For example, a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive a maximum cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Validity

Once a bet is finalised, it cannot be changed or cancelled. In cases of uncertain outcomes due to technical errors or connection issues, 77abc will make a decision in accordance with its established rules.

6.2 Sports Betting

77abc has the sole authority to set applicable rules and odds for betting on cricket, football, and other sports events. If a match is cancelled or postponed, bet settlement will follow 77abc's sports betting guidelines. Limited-overs matches generally do not have a draw outcome.

6.3 Live Casino and Slots

RTP (Return to Player) figures for live casino games and slots are set by the game manufacturers. Game results are entirely random and 77abc does not guarantee them. Past winnings do not guarantee future results.

6.4 In Case of Errors

77abc reserves the right to correct any odds or winnings displayed incorrectly due to errors in the game software or system, based on the actual terms. Payment of amounts arising from such technical errors is not mandatory.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at 77abc:

• Creating more than one account or using another person's account.
• Attempting to artificially fulfil wagering requirements by exploiting the bonus system ("bonus hunting").
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources on the platform.
• Using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence to conduct games or betting.
• Hacking, cracking, or any other unauthorised technical interference with the system.
• Attempting to influence betting outcomes through fraudulent collusion with other users.
• Using the platform for commercial purposes or placing bets on behalf of third parties.

If any of the above activities are detected, 77abc reserves the right to close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action where necessary.

8. Responsible Gaming Policy

9. Intellectual Property and Content Use

10. Limitation of Liability

77abc strives to maintain its services at the highest standard, but liability is limited in the following areas:

• A bet being cancelled due to a technical error.
• Delays from a payment gateway or mobile wallet provider.

Under no circumstances will 77abc be liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages. In the event of a dispute, the maximum liability is limited to the member's net deposit for that month.

11. Changes to Terms and Account Termination

11.2 Closing an Account

A member may request to close their account at any time. Complete any pending withdrawals before making the request. If 77abc closes an account due to a breach of terms, the balance related to that breach may be forfeited.

11.3 Inactive Accounts

If there are no transactions or logins for 12 consecutive months or more, the account may be declared inactive. Contact 77abc support for the policy applicable to inactive accounts.
